Yesterday I retrieved one of my pinhole cameras that had been out for 24 hours. As this is the first one I had built and was unsure of how the hole size would affect the result I only went for a 24 hour period. As luck would have it the sky was clear during the recent partial solar eclipse. I think the small section of the sun trail which has a upward shift ( on the right hand side between the two trees) is where the moon partially eclipsed the sun. As for the rest of the photograph the hole size seems ok and seems to be relatively clean.
Now I am ready to try longer exposures and of different aspects that will not include a solar trail.
